Nicole Spaeth

Nicole Speath is an E-RYT 200 hour yoga
teacher. She graduated from the
CorePower Yoga Minneapolis 200 hour
program in 2008. After completion of her
yoga program she moved to Las Vegas, NV,
to work alongside many great
instructors. While she was teaching
group classes, boot camps, workshops and private classes, she wanted to advance
her knowledge in the fitness industry so
she attended the Ki-Atsu Institute and
received her Pilates Certificate in
2010. She is also a Level 1 Reiki Master
under Leela Ugargol, Minneapolis 2006.
Nicole's love of yoga began after
injuring herself while training for her
second marathon in 2006. She started
training at various studios to learn
more about what yoga styles fit in her
life. In 2010, she trained with two
Pilates and yoga teachers to receive
advanced training in both Pilates and Ashtanga Yoga. She received her advanced
300 hour training through Ki Kosot in
2011. Pilates and yoga have really been
influential in her daily activities.
Nicole teaches the 200 Hour Yoga Teacher
Training program through Profiling
Beauty. She has had over 20 students in
her training and hopes that each one
will aspire to teach yoga to help others
find their own style. She is also a
YACEP with Yoga Alliance, which offers
continuing education both online and in
person.
If you don't find Nicole on her mat, she
will be enjoying the country roads on
her bike or rock climbing - two of her
passions.

Jennine Dolphus

My name is Jennine,
I’m a student of life, a proud wife,
mom, and grandma. I am a Licensed
Massage Therapist, and Certified Yoga
Teacher.
I believe in a lot
of simple cool things that can transform
our lives. While I do massage full time,
I practice and guide a restorative yoga
class that I am super passionate about.
Yoga is an important part of my life and
my self care and when I find something
beautiful I want to share it with the
world. I am full of dreams, with some
challenges and an immense desire from
the deepest part of my soul to help
others live healthier and happier.
Massage and Yoga just happen to be a
great fit for what I believe in and
choose to practice ❤. The
practice of massage and yoga give me
access to such amazing people and I am
honored to have the opportunity to be a
positive piece in their own healthy and
healing journey.
I
feel like I’m a work in progress,
enhancing who I am, what I have and do
everyday. Some days I do better then
other days, but awareness is what
matters the most . I’m progressing and
you are too. Thank you for joining me
and supporting me. Namaste

Ruth Latterell

Ruth is a
Minnesota-born yogi and lover of
adventure. Although she had a background
in dance, she instead began practicing
yoga in college to balance the stress of
finishing her Bachelor of Science during
difficult life circumstances. Because of
her experiences she also obtained
certification in Mental Health First
Aid, and now produces informational
content on a variety of mental wellness
topics. She spends her spare time
traveling and has visited 14 other
countries so far. She thinks travel is
the best way to cultivate more
appreciation for the beauty of the world
and for all beings. When she’s not out
of town, Ruth loves spending time with
her partner, 8 siblings (and twin
sister), parents, and friends in
Aberdeen. She works to promote
self-acceptance and positive motivation
in her classes, teaching traditional hot
yoga, fitness classes, and aerial yoga.
She also volunteers at Aspire Foundation
and looks forward to doing even more
with adaptive yoga for individuals with
special needs. Ruth believes that to
practice yoga is to tune in to the needs
of the body and mind, to connect with
your soul, to recognize the light within
you and share it with others.

Cindy Hartung Suel

My name is Cindy
Hartung Suel and I grew up in Hoven.
After graduation, I got a degree in
travel and also a degree in Surgical
Technology. I have been working as a
Certified Surgical Technologist for 33
years. I am married to Leonard Suel and
our children consist of cats. In my free
time, I enjoy travel, running and of
course, yoga.
I became a 200RYT in Dec. 2017.
I started teaching yoga in May 2017. I
have practiced yoga off and on for over
15 years, but steadily for the last 4.
I want my students to feel welcome in my
class and I enjoy teaching all levels of
students. I like to help people get out
of their comfort zone and try some of
the “challenges” that I offer in my
classes. I want to students to leave my
class feeling that they gave it all that
they had to give that day, whether it be
just relaxing on the mat or doing an
intense workout. I also want my students
to feel free to ask questions and give
feed back, whether positive or negative.
I feel that my students also help me to
better my practice.
Having a black belt in Tae Kwon Do has
also helped me with the mental aspect of
yoga. Yoga is mental, physical and
Spiritual-and whatever level you want to
achieve, I will try to help you achieve
it.
I also offer private lessons. If you
would like to book with me, just let me
know and we can work something out.

Lindsay Landis

My name is
Lindsay, I am a transplant to Aberdeen
and have lived here for 17 years. I was
introduced to yoga as a substitute
training program (I didn’t think yoga
was my thing) when I wasn’t able to
complete a boot camp due to health
challenges. From that point forward,
yoga (which I have fallen in love with)
has been my go to for workouts. I
completed my RYT here in Aberdeen The
Advanced School of Wellness, along with
Aerial Yoga and the spa aspect of the
studio. I have also had the privilege to
take part in training with Jason Hulsof.
I truly find myself at home in the hot
studio with a good sweaty flow and some
challenging balancing poses. However,
Aerial Yoga and Restorative Hot Yoga has
a zen that calls to me too. Restorative
yoga allows me to help others learn the
value of relaxing to shut off their
mind, self love, a mantra and giving
them the gift of touch assists for an
added level of relaxing into their true
zen. I look forward to leading and
learning from you in class. Namaste
friends!

Charissa Peterson

Charissa Peterson
is a Wife and Mother of 2 active
daughters that keep her busy. She has
lived in Aberdeen all her life. She has
always had a strong passion for fitness
and health and loves inspiring others to
make healthier life choices through
exercise, diet and self-awareness. She’s
an avid runner who loves intense
exercises that test both her strength
and endurance. She believes if she’s not
sweating after a workout then she didn’t
work hard enough so obviously Hot Yoga
was the perfect match for her.
She first practiced yoga in college. She
attended classes regularly but
eventually the instructor moved on and
she never really found a connection in
any other classes until she began at
Lean Body Barre. Her love for running
had sent her to try hot yoga to help
deal with issues from sciatica and
piriformis syndrome. She was in a great
deal of pain when she began and with the
help of regular practice the pain
began to subside.
She became stronger both mentally and
physically which made her a true
believer that yoga can heal your body.
After attending the studio for the last
3 years she’s learned so much from the
amazing instructors here that she was
inspired to learn more. Currently, she’s
seeking 200 hour RYS certification at
Lean Body Barre and should graduate in
early 2018. You can find her teaching
Hot HIIT or Sculpt Yoga class where she
mixes her two passions, hot yoga and
high energy. While her heart may lie
with hard core exercises; she also has a
very strong appreciation for a relaxing
restorative yoga class to stretch her
sore muscles from running or a gentle
yoga flow to clear her mind.
Charissa is available for private
sessions for individual, couple, and
group classes that can be designed to
fit your specific needs and wants.

Tammy Stolle

My name is Tammy
Stolle and I grew up in Clark, SD. After
high school, I went to NSU for 2 years
before transferring to Stenotype
Institute in Sioux Falls for court
reporting. I have been working as a
freelance court reporter for the last 28
years. I am married to Jeff Stolle, and
between the two of us, we have four
grown-up (meaning self-supporting) kids,
and one grandson (cutest baby ever btw).
In my spare time (like I have any), I
enjoy spending time with my kids, going
to the cabin in the Hills, and
exercising of any kind.
I took my yoga teacher training in Sioux
Falls at Organic Yoga Company with Nancy
Hong, officially becoming a 200 RYT in
March of 2016. I also have a
certification in HIIT yoga, pilates,
barre, Insanity Live and Piyo.
I try to keep my classes light-hearted
and fun! My wish is that each student
leaves class feeling strong, empowered,
energetic and happy! My personal goal is
to teach that yoga is for everyone,
regardless of shape, size or age.
Namaste!

Leah Wipf

“As you think, so
you become.”
In her eyes as a yogi, she believes one
must take ownership of their life, their
thoughts, and their awareness. There,
you will find boundless growth.
Yoga has helped her find and master all
the joys in her life; embracing
uncertainty, and acquiring courage to
overcome the fear of the unknown.
Remaining calm and at peace in a world
full of chaos.
Leah has been practicing yoga for over
five years.
She is halfway through her RYT-200, is a
CPT, and a holistic health enthusiast.
She hopes to portray this energy to her
students, and honoring where they are in
their unique practice.
“We have the opportunity to make choices
everyday, both on how we act and how we
respond to others - that alone is a
beautiful thing.
These choices either draw us closer to
our greater power or divide us. Choose
to connect with our inner voices.
And choose to love, always.

Sherry McNulty PT

Sherry McNulty is
a practicing yoga student of 20 years.
She finds yoga to be positively
transforming of mind, body and spirit.
This has influenced her so much, that
she completed the Yoga Alliance 200 hour
training this past winter and hopes to
continue to expand her work as a
Physical Therapist to include Yoga
techniques and principles to better help
her patients. She finds that the
bio-mechanical principles learned as a
Physical Therapist are complimentary to
creating a safe balanced class with
emphasis on postural alignment with
strengthening and flexibility elements
to provide a sound foundation of
movement outside of the Yoga studio.
Sherry is the mother of Delaney 20 and
Erin 16. She loves the outdoors,
gardening, biking and reading. She has
adopted 4 cats, a rabbit and a miniature
long haired Dachshund. She looks to Yoga
to provided the mental and physical
balance needed to continue to live a
full-filled and healthy lifestyle.
Sherry is also available for private
sessions in both individual and group
settings and can use her knowledge as a
physical therapist to truly enhance the
experience

My yoga journey
started about in 2014. I had never
attended a yoga class, and wasn’t really
a “class going” person. I attended a hot
yoga class and fell in love with all
things yoga. Since then, I have
continued to practice yoga to strengthen
my body and my mind. I also practiced
yoga while pregnant with my last two
children using modifications which
allowed me to continue to practice up to
my due dates. Being a mom of three, my
time is limited. I am trained and
certified for a fitness based HIIT yoga
class, and continue to grow with my
practice by attending teacher training
classes

Becky Blacksten Delzer

My name is Becky
Delzer and I’m originally from Mitchell
SD. Home of the World’s only Corn
Palace. I came to Aberdeen and started
working for the State of South Dakota in
Oct of 1998. I work for the Bureau of
Information and Telecommunications. So
basically, I’m a computer nerd. In my
free time, I enjoy golfing, riding
motorcycle, and yoga.
It took me awhile to find a love for
yoga, but with some pushing from some
friends, I did. I became RYT 200
certified in March of 2018. I also have
certifications in Aerial yoga and HIIT
Yoga.
I found this saying awhile back and love
it. Yoga is not about touching your
toes, it is what you learn on the way
down – Jigar Gor. I am always learning
new things, and I want my students to
learn with me. I want to challenge them,
help them and guide them through class.
I will always be there to help and
modify class, so everyone will feel
comfortable. I want you to leave class
feeling better than when arrived.
