Welcome to Aberdeen's Premiere Yoga and Wellness Studios. Two studios. One studio features infrared heat panels and it kept at 100 degrees with 40-60% humidity. Classes such as Hot Yoga, Hot Restorative Yoga, Hot Buti, Hot Pilates and Hot Barre are held publicly as well as privately. Studio two features Infrared FAR Led Light therapy but is kept at room temperature. Classes such as Pilates, Yoga, Barre, Pilates Chair, Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, Kids Yoga, Cat Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and More. A great place for publics classes and private sessions. We also hold public retreats, educational classes as well as corporate retreats. Featuring two showers, a locker room we have everything you need to just Zen out or Work Out. Our full featured Spa also includes massage, facials and other modalities of body work.
